At Life Revised, we like to work with you individually to best get an understanding of how you feel and what you want or need. Through talking with your counselor one on one you can get clarity on YOUR needs and you have a safe place to explore the part you may be playing in the relationship conflicts. We believe that you have to figure out what you want or need in your relationships and then teach people how you like to be treated. In addition to figuring out what you need in your relationships, you will learn communication skills, conflict management skills, calming skills, how to set boundaries, how to repair the relationship when you have caused damage, how to get your needs met, and realistic expectations in relationships.
