Helpful Behaviors.

Learn 5 behaviors that I know you can implement right away that will help you to feel better fast. In this module I will be sharing these behaviors with you. You will not only learn what to do, but why. Over time, you will be able to see which behaviors work best for you and can make changes to help the tools work even better. You will be on your way to healthier habits in no time.

Module #3

Calming Skills.

Stress impacts your brain and your emotions. In this module you will learn all about what happnes in your brain when you are stressed and 5 different calming skills to help you feel calm and relaxed again. Each calming skill comes with a downloadable audio to help you practice.

 

Module #4

Thoughts & Feelings.

It is not the situations that you are in that are causing you distress, it is how you THINK about those situations. In this module you learn about the relationship between your thoughts and your feelings. You will identify triggers that cause you to feel unpleasant emotions, begin to identify your thoughts underneath your emotions and understand the neuroscience behind how thoughts work.

Module #5

Distortions.

The thoughts that cause emotional distress are usually a distorted. In this module you will learn the most common distortions or problematic thinking patterns that keep you from feeling emotionally well and you will get the tools you need to begin to shift how you think for the better.

 

Module #6

Reframing.

Changing your unhealthy thought patterns can be a challenge. In this module, you will learn 6 different tools to troubleshoot your way around those stubburn distortions and problematic thought patterns, so that you can see your situations more clearly, experience less distress and increase thoughts that feel better.

Module #7

Rest.

Rest is vital to your emotioanal wellness. Learn ways to increase rest and habits that can help you sleep better so that your brain and body can best help you to regulate your emotions. The worksheets provided will help you plan on how you will integrate more rest into your daily life and make sure you follow through.

 

Module #8

Self-Esteem.

The way you feel about yourself is the lens through which you see your world. This module will help you understand why self esteem is so important, navigate body image and increase your self compassion. Worksheets and audios will help you practice easily and your self esteem will sky rocket.

Module #9

Communication.

Our relationships with others play an important role in our emotional wellness. This module will help you hone your communication skills to create a strong foundation for healthy relationships. You will identify your communication style, get a script to help you get your needs met by others, improve your listening skills and learn how to solve conflicts with ease.

 

Module #10

Unhealthy Relationship Behavior.

Before you can have a healthy relationship, you need to know what a healthy relationship is not. In this module you will learn about unhealthy relationship behaviors. You will learn about different types of abuse in relationships, the power and control strategies that abusers use, how to be interdependent, instead of codependent, how to create healthy boundaries and what to do when you get stuck.

Relationship Improvement.

Now that you have a good foundation of relationship skills and know what behaviors to stay away from, you improve your skills even further. In this module you will learn what behaviors the experts say enhance your relationships, improve your interpersonal effectiveness and learn how to deepen your emotional connection with others.

How to Move Forward.
